At Fun for Sun, we offer a 14-day cooling-off period for all purchases. During this period, you can return your order without giving any reason.
How does it work?
1. Cooling-off Period: You have 14 days to cancel your purchase, starting from the day after you receive your product.
2. Right of Withdrawal: Notify us within these 14 days that you wish to cancel the purchase via the contact page.
3. Returning: After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
4. Costs: The costs for returning the product are at your own expense, unless otherwise stated.
5. Refund: We will refund the full purchase amount, including the shipping costs, within 14 days after your cancellation notice. We may wait to refund until we have received the product back or until you have provided proof of return.
